Awesome coffeemaker made even more awesome!
This is my second coffeemaker of the exact same model. I think my last one was maybe five years or so and it still works, but I think the heating element is on the wane, and I like my coffee piping hot. I love that Cuisinart modified the carafe spout because I somehow nearly always spilled coffee on the second cup, I guess pouring it too fast. They also turned down the volume a lot on the brew cycle done alert. It used to nearly deafen me if I happened to be in the kitchen when it went off, now you can still hear it, but it’s much quieter. I also definitely wanted the pod feature in case I want a cup of coffee later in the day. Really glad I stuck with Cuisinart and the same model, and highly recommend this to coffee lovers everywhere.
